Thermo-Chemical Metal-to-Rubber Bonding: Utilizing state-of -the-art chemical vulcanization, ourrubber body is structurally bonded to the metal plates. Our bond strength is higher than the rubber'sown tensile strength, ensuring the metal threaded inserts will never strip or detach, even undermaximum shear loading.
Dual Female Threaded Design (RDM-Type): Equipped with precision-machined, standard metric internalthreads on both ends (ranging from M3 to M16). This compact, space-saving design is perfect forinternal or low-profile integrations.
Anti-Corrosive Metal Hardware: Standard metal parts are yellow- or blue-zinc-plated steel to resist rustand oxidation. Custom orders can be manufactured with marine-grade SUS304 or SUS316 stainlesssteel for chemical washdown and highly corrosive environments.
